The American Political System

According to "America Political System it says" The first three articles set up the basic separation of power between the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of the Federal government . Many of the enlightenment thinkers like Locke or the French thinker Montesquieu (1689-1755) adopted similar frameworks for the division of power and it has become accepted as standard in virtually every government in the world.

Original, Legislative branch (the law-making part of government) was supposed to be superior. this was meant to place a  check on the power of the" king" and also to protect the private property" of individuals. The Executive branch which is charged with physically carrying out the laws is thus dependent on the Legislature for funding (it must get its permission more or less) and the power to raise taxes rests with the Legislature as well.

First of all, this passages means that when the government decided to established the constitution was because the government didn't have president, there was a congress of the confederation, and one branch instead of two and no supreme court. The thirteen states were separate each one had their own money, different rules on trade. The government was weak, ineffective and this was a very serious conflict. But when the government is broke up into three branches to balance the power such as Legislative, Executive and Judicial. Legislative branch purpose the bill and vote on them. If the bill is passed in congress(it the goes to the president ( the executive branch. If they veto it goes back to congress and judicial branch has to decide if they agree then the bill become a law. If the president veto the bill than the bill becomes a laws. The judicial branch has to made sure that the bill is constitutional.

the reason what I choose this specify text is because it explains the government structure and the functions of each branch. To add on this text explain each branch checks different branches power to see if the other had to much power and also explains the three branches help to maintains the amount of control the government has.
